B Corp is a certification system that determines a company’s impact on society, people and planet. Through a rigorous process it evaluates six impact categories, from community to governance, and determines whether a company has more positive impact on our lives than negative.
It’s rare for financial services to have a B Corp certification and the “pending” status itself is a seal of quality. In order to qualify for a B Corp certification a company needs to obtain an average rating of 80 or higher. We’ve submitted our application and are in full process of working through the six parameters. For us, it’s agreat way of tracking and measuring our impact, further closing up on our vision.
